Dale | No I do not | Salary increases | The municipality in my area does absolutely nothing. Streets are full of litter, tarred roads that are in heavy use have fallen into disrepair and have been in this condition for many years now. There is very little maintenance conducted on the roads i.e. grass cutting, and the small amount of maintenance that is conducted is half hearted at best. This municipality does not need salary increases because no work is done by the municipal workers.
Wendy | No I do not | Other | All of the above, do you even understand the definition of services rendered. Get your increase from the overpaid fatcats and too many in government, are they even paying? You can't even afford to replace a street pole in our street that provides electricity when there is and you yourselves have devalued my property. Sitting days, weeks and even months without water bacause you have failed to upgrade or maintain a system that is many years outdated. Salary increases for incompetance? Time to stop lining your pockets and do the actual work. WTF
Steve | No I do not | Salary increases | government are overpaid and the increase was r450 per month many cannot afford and it came suddenly unplanned ... so we cannot eat because some idiot got an undeserved million rand bonus thieves and oppressors
Stanley | No I do not | Other | All of the above options.
Rolise | No I do not | Property rates | Property tariff as well as electrical and other increases, im a single mom without any support. As you know everything keeps going up, my home is safe for ladies, i can't move or relocate.
Kleovoulos | No I do not | Other | I am totally against any form of increases we have been bombarded with rate , electricity, water and services increases over the last few years which are totally out of line with economic conditions. And service delivery has not improved and basic services are lacking , muncipality is not delivering basic services and we are expected to continuously absorb these increases !

Jo | Not fully | Other | What are we paying for? We don't have sufficient power. Water is a problem. Our roads are not being fixed. The streets are full of refuse. The dumping grounds are closed. Infrastructure is not being maintained. Electricity is constantly sabotaged. The police are either corrupt or useless. WTF are we paying for!? Take the increase out of the pockets of the useless overfed politicians!
Steven | No I do not | Property rates | I live on a street corner where in the past few years the traffic has more than doubled. The road has deteriorated and the request for speed humps to reduce those who feel this section of road is a F1 track has fallen on deaf ears . When one’s infrastructure begins to deteriorate so does the value of one’s property. To be raising taxes for the incompetence and abuse of one’s hard earned taxes should be considered a crime.
