Weaponising laws
This is just another bad example of the Govt trying to suppress freedom of speech, and weaponizing a bill to target certain minorities. How about a bill that punishes those that sing "kill the boer"

FREEDOM OF SPEECH, we may not like what people say, but we must uphold people's rights to say it. - This is so obviously religiously motivated!

Government may not ever try to control it's citizens. Government is there to govern, to support and organise daily life.

Racist apartheid sympathisers should stop running away from consequence. This bill is necessary.

Weaponising laws
This is a law that will be used to target only specific individuals. South Africa will be used as a tool to attack people in other countries. This is disrespectful and degrading to all South Africans to be used in this way. Nothing stops the government from using this as "Lawfare" to attack critics.
