2026-01-02 17:48:39 +02:00 | Michael | No I do not | Political motivation | Apart from he obvious difficulty in specifying how "support" will be defined in a narrow and specific enough way to provide absolute distinction as to the breach of law for persecution purposes, the introduction of a law specifically to address sovereign state internal affairs would seem to fall outside the bounds of the requirements of our constitution. To pass judgment on the segregation legality of a foreign state while the current legislation embodying segregation in the current labour laws in this country should rather be addressed and removed from this countries statutes before concerning our country in attempting to weaponize our legislation for narrow political gain and remove focus from internal segregation which has proved to enable a small section of the population at the expense of the greater economy. |
