I believe Christians must be free to pray for Israel, study Scripture, visit the Holy Land, and express their beliefs without fear of being unfairly criminalised. South Africa is a constitutional democracy that should protect the rights of all its citizens, regardless of their religion or beliefs. We must be able to speak freely, disagree respectfully, and stand by our convictions without fear of persecution. I believe antisemitism and all forms of hatred must be opposed, and human rights must be protected equally. Any proposed law must be carefully examined to ensure it does not unjustifiably restrict religious freedom or peaceful expression. As a Christian, I will always stand for truth, justice, freedom of faith, and the right to worship God without fear. ????? |
