2026-09-26 00:42:35 +02:00 | Martin | No—Bureaucracy is too slow, local issues are ignored, and decisions are dictated by party bosses | When one logs a service failure on the Metro's system, you don't always get a response, you get no feedback on what is happening and no response when the problem has supposedly been fixed. Also the Metro can close a service failure request without reference to the person who logged it ie they don't check that the problem is fixed before closing it!!! I had this experience for an electrical supply problem which we experienced for some months late last year and earlier this year. When I escalated it to our councilor it took time for him to take it seriously and eventually get it escalated and fixed. Thus there will be NO vote for him and his party in the upcoming elections from me!!! |
