No protection against construction mafias determining & controlling prices and who must be given the job. The rights of society to own their housing and be in control of decisions affecting their housing is being eroded by overall agenda of state control |

Big concern is the regulation by the Council employees who are not adequitely qualified and trained to do their jobs. It also reeks of opportunism when owner-bulders need to register - sort of a money-making scheme. Same with the high Council fees - already pushing up prices of homes unneccesarily high. As a whole - overprotection to be able to afford even more cadres with dream-jobs for which they are not qualified. And that while they cannot even stop the construction-mafia from yet even more bribery & corruption - or are they in cahoots? |
