Neels | Other | The ELM has consistently failed to provide services, and yet here they go again with tariff increases and we will witness deployed cadres getting increases and no services being rendered. It is time the ELM starts retrenching those draining cadres and start delivering services. Up until such time, they should not be allowed to increase services, eapecially considering that they do not collect rates and taxes from areas where they have majority support. |
