2026-10-03 03:15:52 +02:00 | Alf | No I do not | All of the above | Penalising Non-Profits & Charities | Such stupid draconian oppressing of non profits and business in the name of combatting spam (we all have spam filters) exposes a government once again indulging in duplicity and dissembling. South Africans are sick and tired of this. We the people did not require this unnecessary raft of burdensome money-sucking red tape, some special interest high flyers want this, for their own ends. The business and Non profit environment can do with more profitability and less regulation, which will stimulate the economy. |

2026-10-02 20:36:45 +02:00 | Florian | No I do not | All of the above | Political Party Loophole | The bill does not aim at the problem. People who would profit from it are actually punished: especially non-profits. Political parties should not be excempted. |

2026-10-02 17:13:20 +02:00 | Fritha | No I do not | All of the above | Political Party Loophole | This proposal is self serving for politicians & their political parties, st the expense of communities & non-profits who are financially challenged already. It's blatantly unfair as their operating costs will increase, reducing their outreach to communities who need their services, while the rich politicians benefit from unlimited exposure, their costs covered by 3rd party donors many of whom are foreigners! The whole proposal stinks of elitism. And it must be stopped. Instead, free unlimited spam for charities, communities & non- profits which are legal & legitimate, while the politicians & their parties must pay big time as the costs are governed by their donors, no financial harm affect the political elites. |
