My only comment is that BBBee hides many wrongs in Government . Giving away 30 % of your equity cannot work in a well-run economy.
Companys could rather provide much needed skills training for free to disadvantaged individuals.

Policy Direction

The policy direction offers a balanced approach for the ICT sector. South Africans are excellent workers and consumers, and as a business owner in law, I believe many international companies will embrace the opportunity to meet transformation goals through equity equivalent investments. A little flexibility is often necessary to attract investment.

At its best, BBBEE is about equity, not just equality and I hope this approach will strengthen skills development without weakening BBBEE’s goals. Rigorous monitoring and enforcement are crucial to ensure genuine transformation because equality without equity only preserves the status quo. Managed properly, this policy can stimulate economic growth while supporting meaningful social equity.

I worried if ,Our government can change a constitution based on how the offer/ Law can benefit. Principles and Law are two different things and if your principles change based on whom the officer can accommodate, then as South Africa 's we are really in trouble.

1. Elon is unethical when dealing with humanities, is our government ready to deal with whatever he mate decided to make in the future which can opposite humanity.
2. If something like that could happen , will ordinary civilians even know, or trained to deal accordingly to protect the earth and human existence. COVID-19 Should have taught us, Change is constant rather prepare yourself by equipment mind for anything, but this change is the government by unethical and irresponsible. Let Elon just like everybody else in this country do his business constitutionally, and not the government change the constitution for him
3. Our system is not even training us in school to prepare for the 4IR , but we are prepared to change the hole Constitution for one man and his company.
