The Minister of Water And Sanitation called for public comment on the draft Regulations regarding the Procedural Requirements for Water-Use Licence Applications

    • applications to license extraction of ground or surface water, storage of water in a dam and performance of stream flow reduction activities (such as forestry) will  be considered by the DWS if the applying company meets the tabled racial quotas.
