Try to to get the Tshwane Metro to do a Reconciliation on my Utility Account for 18 months. February 2018 my account increased from an average of R 2,000 per month to R 60,000 and plus minus R,8000 thereafter for 8 Months - the account is now R 126,000. This is for water only. I have been complaining about faulty water meters since 2015. Only one call center agent was willing to help - a letter to the mayors office did not even get a response. of have lodged a dispute via the Ombudsman waiting for response. During this period the electricity was disconnected
twice. All sorts of levies, termination fees, excessive water usage levies and monthly interest on arrears get charged, Please help
