Too many loopholes and irregularities contained in this bill.
First PAY BACK THE MONEY!!
Then try to find more ways to steal more from the poor residents of "JUNK STATUS" old ZA.Shame on you!

Another way to enrich the coffers where Government can enrich themselves and not the people. So NO. Would rather take our chances with the shareholders benefitting than the Government. The shareholders hopefully are more philanthropic.

The Government must fix it's own problems with corruption before it starts enforcing laws to prevent tax evasion

The government has stolen enough from the hard-working South Africans. They must cut down on unnecessary/wasteful expenditure; tackle fraud and corruption and remove all corrupt government officials from office. I'm sure the money required will then be easily found.

The government is useless and wastes all its money and assets on frivolities and policies which cannot be implemented.
Giving the government extra money will only cause further wastage.
It is like giving sweets to a child.

I would firstly need to know who benefits - if it is government then I do not agree as they have stolen too much from the people of South Africa. If it is the company then I also do not agree as the shareholders are usually top management and they also steal from their employees daily by not paying them sufficiently. Who benefits?

Stop wasting tax money and stop stealing everything in sight and you won't have a tax problem. This will just cause more companies to leave SA. It will have the opposite effect of what you are trying to do.

The goverment must start at themself tp cut there salary bill and cut their cost and expensives and stop looking at the private sector and public to bail them out because they overspend. Less ministers less empolyees for the goverment.

We are already taxed at every turn. Every opportunity the government gets, they force the citizens to pay more tax, but the citizens never end up any better off.

Tax avoidance is a conduct against the corporate governance. If changes to curb it can be implemented let it be. Yes , I do feel drained by the Tax System, it leaves me with less disposable income than I need, and that cripples my individual growth. Yes I do feel that govt is not strict enough with people who are misusing public funds, they belong to jail! I think Govt is faced with two major problems: 1) Big corruption - which govt must deal with 2) Social distributions to large numbers - I do not know if govt has control over this. Prior democracy, the large population of the country was not getting these distributions - and now every qualifying individual must get them, so the large number. Govt pension (My grand parents used to get it quarterly, now every month people must get the money, they don't eat quarterly but everyday) Electricity & Water, we never had in rural areas yet we all needed and we all paid taxes, and now the govt is trying to correct all this mess, therefore we tax payers will be drained by taxes. And I do not believe that we should have a problem no w that everybody is getting what is their right, because we did not have a problem when a small number was getting before, and that was not right. It is costing us ALL to do the right thing now to the large number of the country, and it costed us ALL before to do it to the small number.

Taxes is one of the things stifling economic growth. This tax is just one in a long line of taxes that hurt company profits, which lead to less companies doing business in the country and as a result, less job opportunities, which we urgently need.

We earn our incomes and need to provide for our family's future as government don't care they just want to take and take, gov don't earn their incomes and homes etc they get it from finding ways for us to fund their needs
