Chapter 3: Holding Company
The fact that the proposed holding company will be 100% state owned already raises a major red flag. The involvement of the Presidency in the governance of SOE's is a major concern, as this will threaten the balance of power and opens up the potential again for undue political interference which led to the hollowing out and destruction of all SOE's. Despite promises to deal with corruption by President Ramaphosa, corruption is alive and well to this day and there is still no accountability, as ANC Ministers in the Cabinet who fall under the spotlight are merely moved to another portfolio. Furthermore, no action was taken after the Zondo Commission completed its findings, and those individuals are sitting in our Parliament today. Entrusting oversight of all strategic SOE's to a state-owned holding company while the ANC is still predominant will make it that much easier to hide corruption and again there will be NO accountability. This Bill will be putting the proverbial fox in charge of the henhouse!

Chapter 5: Use of Land and Rights in Land
My vote Is a fat NO !!!!!!!!
Why is Parliament now decided to form a company to take care of the state owned a State Assets.
They failed dismally in a position they have been appointed to. Their job was to ensure that these SOE’s generate income to supplement the pensions of those citizens who is on or below the breadline.
The question begged to be ask are.
Are those who looked after the Soe’s in Parliament going to be appointed to this State Asset Management SOC Ltd (SAMSOC), a holding company.
If they were not capable of taking care of the state owned assets while holding the portfolios what is the reasons for forming a holding company to oversee this impotent function?
These SOE’s assets is valuable to the state as it really belong to the citizens of this fair South Africa
When Parliament promulgate the idea of forming an outside company to manage the SOe’s they should have consulted the citizens of this fair South Africa.
They should not pass the law first and then expect that some of citizens will come to hear of it and then have object to something that is not in the interest of the citizens.

An example of the chaos that occurred recently is when Parliament tried to sell off our national airline South African Airways,(SAA)
So please keep the SOE’s in Parliament and appoint people (Parliamentarians) who want to serve the citizens of this fair South Africa and not them selves.

The ANC historically have proven beyond doubt that they incapable of managing state institutions for the past 30 years.

Whenever the ANC is involved in state institutions then historically there is financial irregularities and malfeasance through rampant corruption with zero consequences, neither prosecution nor removal of ANC officials.

The logical conclusion is that the ANC are a self-serving bunch of criminals never fit to hold public office.

Mentally there is no substance in any ANC members except for criminal intentions and self-enrichment.

The practices of democratic governance, upholding human rights, morals, ethics, honesty, work ethic and building a non racial culture in SA are devoid in the DNA of ANC members.

The rich ANC elite have spat in the face of their fellow African brothers and sisters due to their race and tribal ideologies and criminal acts.

Therefore, I don't support the National SOE Bill in any form whatsoever since the ANC is historically inept and foster criminal behaviour in SOEs.

SOE's are corruption personified, now they want to create a "master" SOE to make sure that all other SOE's do their corruption correctly. Pffff
