The problem is that the employe'rs salary and income does not increase at all. For the last four years I had no salary increase because small businesess are overcharged by economic preasure, labour laws, overheads that skyrocket because of water and electricity and goods prices but income stays the same. Therefore the employee has to absorb all extra costs but get no help from government to ease their taxes etc. |
