If we pay taxes already to departments and municipalities where that internally is completely miss managed, how can I have faith that this will also not be run legitimately and the miss use of power to the further detriment of myself and my fellow hard working citizens in South Africa.

Stop corruption within the current government systems.
Fix all the health care and infrastructure issues we are currently facing then start looking at how and where you can further take responsibility of enforcing the correct lawful channels are taken, before you start a new campaign to steal peoples hard earned money in the guise of a "anti-laundering bill"

Audit the government officials first - take appropriate action towards them. Incarcerate them, fine, them and start to look after your citizens.

We are all for SARS doing what needs to be done. Making sure people don't evade tax or defraud SARS and our country. Check 'suspicious' financial contracts, agreements that finance crimes, war crimes, trafficking and any other illegal matters. But to give power to SARS to on a whim audit any individual in this country is not constitutional and will most certainly be abused. There is absolutely NO reason for justifying this. There is no doubt in our minds that none of them would be happy to be on the receiving end. This is/will be state control at it's worst. Many people fought hard for our constitution, and freedom. South Africa is NOT a Communist country.
