I support it fully, but it will only work if the government gets rid of corrupted and incompetent policemen & woman and the non-preforming minister of police as well, and replace them with upstanding people who are willing and able to do the job of apprehending all criminals, regarless of who they are

I support the bill but some parts are a bit vague, I think clear and straightforward definitions are needed to ensure that there would be no loopholes for offenders.

Be stricter and make sure laws can convict those guilty better. Regulate register better. Help more victims and punish offenders properly.

Politicians muddling legislation which has good intent with definitions which is way to broad and vague. Tighten up how many of the issues/actions etc are defined, keeping in mind the worst case abuse on both sides of the coin. We need better protection for woman and children. We also need our society to move away from violence as a solution to everything including politicians threatening violence from public podiums.

These are pointless if the police cannot fulfil their constitutional mandate as is. Get the basics working and GBV will reduce without extra measures that there is no capacity to enforce anyway.

We need stricter rules, regulations and laws to protect the public of South Africa for all of these issues . Only an accurate and up to date register of sexual offenders of children will be helpful and needs to be available for all. Abused women should be helped by qualified individuals and protected by the Domestic Violence Law from the offenders.

For each for these three bills of Criminal Law (Sexual Offences and Related Matters) Amendment, Criminal and Related Matters Amendment Bill, and Domestic Violence Amendment Bill, I believe and support in the need to update and upgrade with ammendments to include new stories and situations society has experienced so as prevent further problems and resolve the easier when they can't be avoided.
When society is forewarned it is forearmed.

It's about time that stricter and tighter measures are put in place to prevent femicide in our country. Women have the same rights as men.

I support the amendment bills to put an end to GBV however I feel that this is still not enough, and police must be taught on how to apphrend the situation of GBV.
