Intention to expropriate (ch.4)
Land that you paid for is yours. Taking that land without paying for it - or not agreeing to a mutually accepted price is and should remain a criminal offence.

Government can give away land that they own.

I do not believe in giving a person something for free. As soon as you get it for nothing you are going to give nothing and it will become a falire af the end of gge day. Hard working people spend their lives building and saving for property to just have it taken away. That is not right!

If property can be expropriated it will destabilise society by making people feel insecure. It will demotivate people who will feel their efforts will not provide security or improvement in their conditions. This effect has been seen time and again wherever people are dispossessed of their land or property.

Withdrawal of expropriation (ch.8)
This is thievery. Whenever you take someone elses possession without compensation it is thievery. We know our government is not against corruption and thievery but they should know the damage they are doing to the economy of south africa. Maybe they do not care about the country but only about their own pockets.

If you give everyone in RSA a piece of land, the whole country will be a big squatter camp.
Nobody will have , water, food, proper housing, no hospitals, no schools, no shops, no Tax Payers and no Fat Cats in Government.

Initially the land was never sold pr bought it has been taken by force from our forefathers so the land must go back to the rightfull owners without paying a cent, moreover we are poor because of their action since their arrival in our country so we wont be able to buy, so i cannot buy my product and i cannot be forced to sell my product

This undermines the right to own property which all South Africans should be entitled to.

Expropriation without compensation because of historically injustices. Oeople who acquired the land illegal.ust return it to the rightful owners. We need land for the people because the population is growing we can't have individuals holding into large land doing nothing we need to develop this country.

The whole world tells the Anc it is wrong and unethical, but like dictators they just do what they want, same as all the money they stole.

Powers of Minister to expropriate (ch.2)
Expropriation of land without compensation is necessary and long overdue, as the land with all it's minerals and wealth were stolen from our ancestors (African People) who were murdered, raped, incarcerated and subjected to all forms of violence by the white settler invaders.

Security of land tenure is a basic right which underpins all democracies. This bill undermines that right.
Assigning the role to the minister opens the process to political expediency and possible corruption.
