Stop damage to elect network pilons etc. New law for steel and iron merchants. If any copper or elec cabels are found on premises or stock close down business and prosecute owner. Use coal as we are exporting coal, stop supplying elec, to neighbouring states. |

These customers then had to make their own plan with solar and alternative means. Now Eskom is crying they are not making enough money? Eskom is over staffed and way overpaid. With inflation being 4 % where do they come from with a 36.15% increase? If the useless Nersa approves this increase, I will personally increase my solar power generation and climb off the grid completely. Then Eskom can sit with their Soweto clients that do not pay! |

Start with those people first and then analyse the numbers again and decide from there. By increasing the electricity the middle class that is currently paying will also find means to get electricity by unlawful means. Government is making life impossible with all the increments and people are suffering. Come up with better solutions that will help the people of this country. Basically we are being milked dry. |

Citizens are struggling to survive with the rising costs in all other areas and it is just not possible for low and Middle income groups to pay these tarrifs. |

My parents are pensioners in Tongaat and the municipality there gives them a three month estimate for a reading!! How absurd. Why are we giving other countries electricity when our own people are getting load shedding. Maybe we also need to create a D.O.G.E. Elon we have a job for you, come take out the trash please! Come also cut our government staff by 75%. |

This has to be ruled out first and foremost and permanently. |
