Yes, I do.
This will speed up registration of properties & eliminate the lengthy process that is currently in use.

Yes, I do.
This taking months to register a deed is insane and embarrassing. In many other places, a deed is transferred within an hour or even minutes of signing the contract.

Why talking about " taking back land" it was never your land , nor were you the rightful owner. Land is bought by people with money , why only farms ? Why dont you claim land where a mall is up or in mid city..? Cause you are plain shitless and spineless to get on your feet and work for what is right. The world dont owe ypu anything , but you owe it t9 the world , the world you are destroying for your own conveniance.. politics is starting to piss me off

Just another amendment opened up to fraud. Is this land or property taken without compensation manipulation.

Electronic media is unreliable and prone to corruption.

Put your nose up your anus. You are part of a cosmic plot to further inter-stellar relations to dominate plane earth and its web of life. To you the corpse-oration low evil (=anti-live) we bid your farewell and total de-vibration. You have been informed countless times that you would be upgraded if you changed your attitude towards SOURCE. You have by your own initiative passed the point of no return. We can no longer prevent you from self-destruction.

I do not support this Electronic Deeds Registration Systems Bill, my reasons are very simple:
It has been proven over & over again that many a people in management positions are prone to corruption. Look at the lisence department, how rife is the corruption as drivers lisences are being created on computer systems & sold for a fee!! Look at Home affairs, how often we have heard & read in the news that ID documents/cards are forged at sold to foreigners!!
NO if title deeds are converted from hand written to electronic, this to can be forged. where one once thinks you have registered your property, just to find out that it is now owned by someone else who did not pay for this property, would be catastrophic indeed. Fraud is rife within the government departments. Please do not allow this bill to be passed.

Long long overdue. That will be great a d use the people to do the authenticity of the application as we don't want loses on the job market. Yet growth is needed and efficiency.

South Africa's systems are too prone to hacking and then all documents and personal information is everywhere on the internet. Until such time that the country's systems are properly secured, it is not good to keep personal information on Government's databases.

I believe such a system will make it possible to expose corruption, especially those who have multiple RDP houses and/or those who do not qualify to own RDP houses. Just by entering personal details on an individual, you will be able to tell how many properties they own. And it can also make it easy to facilitate the process of land expropriation without compensation.

And we are quickly approaching the apex of Industry 4.0. How can we still process millions of title deeds registrations by hand at this time and age. This is definitely the first step for going paperless, because that is the future. It is invertible! So, let get on with it already.

YES I DO SUPPORT IT IN THAT FRAUD AND CORRUPTION OF PROPERTY SALES DEEDS WILL BE ERADICATED AND EASILY TRACEABLE ONLINE, WE ARE GOING DIGITAL BY FORCE ANYWAY AS WE FOLLOW THE DIGITAL LEADERS OF THE UNIVERSE.

IN FACT HOME AFFAIRS MUST BE DIGITIZED LIKE BANKS HAVE ALREADY STARTED IN THAT ONE NO LONGER NEED TO ENTER THE BANKS FOR ANYTHING LATELY.

THIS WILL SOLVE MANY PROBLEMS OF DISPOSSESSION OF LAND IN FUTURE AS EVERY DETAIL CAN BE TRACED. THIS MUST BE IN SUPPORT OF LAND EXPROPRIATION WITH OR WITHOUT COMPENSATION AND OR NATIONALIZATION OF LAND IN RSA.

I believe that this will improve the efficiency of the deeds transfer process. It will also give greater transparency to where deeds are in the transfer process.

This will be in line with the 4th Industrialization goals. Corruption will be minimized as there will be an audit trail of who transferred property at what date.

It is high time Deeds Registry goes online. This can also assist on curbing Property transfers from the unregistered Property Practitioners.
I support this system if the Property Practitioner Agency will participate in the process by having an online tab on the system to release own registrations.

I'm skeptical of governments motives with regards to this bill and land reform.
