The ANC is still trying in every way possible to remain in power this is just another ploy There is no way that allowing people to vote in other municipalities cannot be open to corruption Totally unconstitutional and allowing people outside of their municipal boundaries to decide which party will be in power is ludricous

Data has to be collected in the respective Provinces where voters reside.....

It is the accepted norm worldwide that voters only vote in the area that they are registered in. This prevents parties from "winning" in an area where they do not have sufficient representation, and keeps the process fully legitimate.

Public access to the voter's roll must be allowed, as this will allow full over-site and ensure that no party can try and "cook-the-books." As with virtually any governmental activity all processes must allow full public access to records, processes et cetera to ensure that corruption is prevented.

Dit gaan lei tot groot skaalse korrupsie van mense wat eenvoudig op baie plekke in verskillende distrikte gaan stem.

This could lead to corruption on a large scale. eg. Many ANC voters could vote in the Western Cape and regain control there.
