The country needs to deal with illegally operating businesses particularly by immigrants, legal and illegal, that do not contribute to the tax base. 3. There is a need to ensure that certain types of businesses are only operated by South Africans, in accordance with immigration law. Only medium to large businesses are required to adhere to BEE regulations. |
