We cannot afford this government. They are aiming for a communist state where everyone is equally poor and dependant on the state

Social Welfare should be out faced.
Stop children to get children that put a huge responsibility on tax payers and government.
Allow only 1 child on child support grant if the father and mother not having a permanent job and healthy income.
Protect all unborn children from starting with poor advantage in life.
To many are unemployed and addicted to substances.
End up in jail after long rapsheat.

Please put an end the population explosion by limiting ONE woman to a grant for ONE child only. Teenage pregnancies are preventing girls from attaining academic qualifications and skills. Many teenagers have as many as FOUR children and some in their early 20's up to SIX children. Give a deadline one year in advance from which date SASSA child grants will only be paid towards a woman's firstborn child. It will take at least 18 years to phase out the "more than one child mothers". Does nobody see the devastating effects of dependency on welfare? The Daughters of SASSA have children. The Sons of SASSA gets R350.

Dear Honorable Minister of Finance Enoch Godongwana,

As you prepare for your upcoming budget speech, I respectfully request that you consider allocating funds to support the Department of Transport, particularly public transport. Subsidizing the taxi industry amidst rising petrol prices would greatly benefit low-income commuters, including the elderly who rely on grants.

Additionally, revitalizing the agricultural sector could create much-needed employment opportunities.

Thank you for your time and consideration.

I am concerned about all the points mentioned in the answers, therefore I cannot isolate one specific point. Long story short, the ANC government must get their house and priorities in order!

In this dire economy people are STARVING or go unprotected against crimes that are WORSE than starving. In desperation, voters took the unprecedented step to vote en masse AGAINST current government policy direction, government received only 39.3% of the national vote. This means your mandate is to CHANGE DIRECTION COMPLETELY! Please take South Africans seriously, we are dying out here, STOP focusing on the old issues but instead ONLY focus on JOBS, WATER and SAFETY.
The situation is SERIOUS, serious enough to cause a 25% shift in voter opinions in just one election cycle. Your mandate is to STOP what you're doing and refocus all resources SIGNIFICANTLY. For example, your mandate is to FREEZE the budget of other issues like the name-change council(s) UNTIL the economy is solved, and redeploy the manpower and resources to JOBS, WATER and SAFETY.
In this time it makes no sense, and it is unmandated, to fiddle around with the usual laws for example expand on name-change councils. STOP IMMEDIATELY, rather legislate what voters asked for namely JOBS, WATER and SAFETY.
Government can continue its work on other issues like name-changes and such laws, when the economy has been resolved!

When we ask why services are not supplied the first excuse is "no money".
Changing names cost money. Changing names does not help the community in any way. Rather spend the money by delivering services.

In principle one has no objection to naming or renaming of regions, cities, towns or anything else provided it is not based on (mis) appropriation of something that neither the namers nor the namee has contributed to in any way.
As often as not the renaming is pure spite and jealousy and aimed at alienating people - white Africans especially.

Rather use tax money to build and maintain a good infrastructure than spending money on name changes. The roads, healthcare, municipalities, education, employment is in a total mess but goverment would rather spend money on name changes, personal protection and their own travelling costs.

Stop making name changes to streets, towns, cities and municipalities. It's a huge waste of money that contributes nothing to society or building up this country.

The ANC has demonstrated in the past 30 years their incapacity to govern a country. No aspect of governing a country have positively progressed in the past 30 years. Unemployment has reached all-time highs, public health is down, public security is worse than ever, 80 people are murdered daily, infrastructure declined, budget deficits are growing, SOE's are falling off ect.

They spend money on unnecessary things but pensioners, who will never get increase, pay more tax than when they work on their pension money which was already taxed. Can anyone understand this?
