The Minister of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment invited the public to comment on the proposed Minimum Information Requirements for the Exploration and Production of Onshore Petroleum Using Fracturing Technology.

These draft Minimum Information Requirements are published simultaneously with, and are intended to support, the proposed Regulations for the Exploration and Production of Onshore Petroleum Using Fracturing Technology, 2025.

The Minister will consider all comments before a decision is taken on this matter.
