Arrest the thieves and cut the salary of the entire organization. Revisit the salary only once the plant is fully operational. |

They go all the way up to the government as we know. They destroy equipment on purpose, steal the money and pass outrageous quotes for everyday equipment for kickbacks. Arrest the criminals and throw them in jail. Then do proper maintenance and planning for expansion as you should do with such a large company. Employ competent workers and NOT the clueless uneducated staff that can't even keep the lights on for this country. It is destroying our economy and driving small businesses into the ground. This country cannot prosper with the way Escom has been run and mismanaged and robbed under the ANC government. We never had ANY problems before 1994 !! If you do all of the above.. you will have more than sufficient money !! |

They should be allowed to disappear into the rest of the ANC's pothole of failures to be able to run or govern anything. If they get there increase it will be goodbye and good riddance. Any (possible)growth has certainly been stunted and malformed by you. People who can afford it will make other plans and the people who can't afford it, will just not pay along with the persons who are stealing electricity who of course don't pay at all. So, Eskom, where will you be in a few years time. You reap the forbidden fruits of your illgotten thieving, corruption and incompetence. And in case you have forgotten this was once the worlds shining star of cheap electricity production. May you not rest in peace. |

I'm a pensioner receiving R2100 every month and white people still remain very rich and increase will never affect them at all. As a black person I don't see democracy just suffering over and over again and it's not fair. We try to pay what's due but enough is enough. I'm not the only person experiencing this very high rise in electricity. |
