According to the Constitution, each South African is a sovereign and free person who will not be ruled nor enslaved, being self reliant, self sufficient , independent person of any race and we are self directed, self disciplined and have a democratic right to self governance. Sovereignty declares ( within in the legal framework of the constitution) the full right and power of man or woman to govern his or herself without any interference from outside sources or bodies. |
