If they are really intent on serving the people, they will demand to pay tax themselves. They will insist on paying their rates and taxes, their own vehicles, own security, own housing. For their water and lights. They will cut expenses to the bone. They will use the best parlmetarian for every job regardless of which party they belong to. They will root out and destroy the corrupt, cardes, cartels and syndicates. I expect pigs to fly before that happens. |
