**Property Rates**

These will increase by 2% across all categories.

**Electricity provision**

Electricity rates will increase by 15,63 %

**Sanitation Charges (Sewerage)**

Increase by 10%

**Waste Management Charges (Pikitup)**

Increase by 4.1%

**Water provision**

Water tariffs will increase by 8% (Prepaid and Domestic)

**Staff salaries increases **

No salary increase for 2021/22
