SUMMARY

The document outlines the “Minimum Information Requirements for the Exploration
and Production of Onshore Petroleum Using Fracturing Technology,” focusing on environmental,
social, and technical assessments required for obtaining necessary permissions for
onshore petroleum exploration and production using fracturing technology. It is
divided into two parts: the scoping process and the environmental impact assessment(
EIA) process.

This document serves as a guide for applicants, environmental assessment practitioners(
EAPs), and specialists to ensure compliance with regulations and the preparation
of detailed reports for the exploration and production of onshore petroleum using
fracturing technology.
