The current prices are largely based on negligent and unscrupulous (fraudulent) behavior at executive levels. There has been many opportunities for the organizations to stop the rot that is known, but habe turned not just a blind eye to the perpetrators, but have become complicit from low levels to senior levels in the organization. We are being penalized for bad and uncaring management.
