**Property Rates**

These will increase by 5.90% across all categories.

**Electricity provision**

Electricity rates will increase by 4.9%

**Sanitation Charges (Sewerage)**

Increase by 8.5%

**Waste Management Charges (Pikitup)**

Increase by 4.9%

**Water provision**

Water tariffs will increase by 8.5% (Prepaid and Domestic)

**Staff salaries increases **

Staffs salaries will increase by an undetermined amount
