What gives the ministers the absolute cheek to even utter the word SOS and expect the +/- 6% of the population who pay tax to bail them out of the deficit after they had control for the past 35 years, took over this country with a huge and stable infrastructure, looted and plundered every last cent without giving anything back to the country's maintenance , upkeep, medical and educational needs. My answer, I know is never going to be the solution, every government civil servant who has participated should be liable, pay for it yourselves. Stop flying business or 1st class, staying at 5 or 6 star hotels, drinking French champagne, living in mansions and driving luxury cars, just how much would be recovered if all that was confiscated. They have forgotten the true meaning of CIVIL SERVANT, as wells the fact they work for the people. Right now between the government and the municipality I feel like I work for them
